Shared Analysis Links
An analysis link — any URL that looks like /analysis/<hash> — is a
shareable score card for a single property. It's the compact,
easy-to-embed sibling of a full Property Report:
the address, the overall RAAM score, the factor breakdown, and a clear
"build your own" path back into the site.
What you see
- A centered score card with the property's address at the top, the overall RAAM score (0–100) prominently, and the seven-factor breakdown below.
- A call to action pointing at Building your profile if you want to score the same property against your own weights.
- A "download as PNG" option. The card renders in HTML, so the downloaded image matches exactly what you see in the browser.
What you can do with one
Analysis links are designed to be pasted. You can:
- Send one in a text or email. The URL resolves to the card and the PNG download works on both mobile and desktop.
- Embed the PNG in a doc, a slide, or a listing for a visual summary.
- Follow the call-to-action into Custom RAAM to generate your own score on the same property — your version may differ meaningfully, which is informative on its own.
Whose profile scored this?
The score on an analysis link reflects the profile of whoever generated it. If your friend's profile weights schools heavily and yours weights commute, the same property can score differently for each of you. An analysis link is one person's read — not a universal "good" or "bad."
When to use an analysis link vs. a full report
- Analysis link — fast, compact, shareable. Best for texts, quick social shares, embedding in a listing.
- Property Report — dense, full-page, authoritative. Best for decisions. Includes highlights, concerns, requirement checks, and context the card can't show.
If you're about to act on a number, ask the sender for the full property report instead, or score the property yourself via Quick Score for a fast first read.
Common questions
- How fresh is this card? It reflects the data at the moment it was generated. The URL is stable but the underlying listing may have changed — always click through to the listing before making decisions.
- Can I remove one? Analysis links are meant to be permanent so that shared URLs don't rot. Contact us if you need a specific one taken down.
- Why is this score different from mine? Different profile weights produce different scores on the same property. That's the whole point.
