RAAM Homes helps you decide where to live and what to buy. Instead of a one-size "investment score," it lets you weigh the things that matter to you — schools, commute, price, community, lot size, home condition, diversity — and then scores cities, neighborhoods, and specific properties against your priorities.
What you can do
- Explore markets and neighborhoods. Start broad at Markets, narrow via Rankings, read the detail on any covered town in Neighborhoods.
- Build a personalized valuation. Custom RAAM Valuation is the core tool. Set your priorities once and every place the site scores gets scored against your version of "good."
- Compare properties head to head. After scoring a few, build a Comparison Report to see where they actually differ.
- Save and revisit. A Wishlist groups properties you want to come back to. The Dashboard keeps everything in one place.
A short tour
The fastest path to seeing the site in action:
- Open Custom RAAM Valuation and read the one-minute orientation.
- Walk through Building your profile. It's four steps — profile info, weights, requirements, review.
- From the Dashboard, paste a listing URL or try a sample property. You'll see a score and the seven-factor breakdown.
- If something's unclear while you're using a tool, every major screen has a small "?" icon near the top that takes you to the matching help page.
If you get stuck
Every help page also has a feedback path. If a page here is unclear or you hit a bug, the contact widget at the bottom of every site page reaches the team directly.
