Dashboard
Your Dashboard is the home base of your Custom RAAM account. It pulls together the profile you built, the properties you've scored, your wishlists, your comparison reports, and quick actions for whatever you want to do next.
What's on it
The Dashboard is dense by design — the more you've done in RAAM, the more it has to show. Main sections:
- Profile summary. Your current weights, requirements, and markets at a glance, plus an edit button that opens Build.
- Analyze new property. A Zillow URL input — paste a listing and the system analyzes it against your profile.
- Latest analysis. A card showing your most recent scored property with its full factor breakdown, plus one-click share and publish.
- History. Every property you've scored, searchable, with rating (five-star), decision tag (undecided, interested, passed, toured, offered, closed), and notes fields.
- Wishlists. Named collections you've grouped properties into.
- Search recommendations. Properties the system suggests based on your profile.
- Market alerts. Notifications when something notable happens in your target markets.
- Deep Researcher. An entry point for long-running deep research requests (paid tiers).
- Referral stats. How many people have signed up from your referral link and what your credit balance is.
- Subscription. Plan details and the path to upgrade.
How to reach it
Dashboard URLs include a signature that ties the page to your account. You reach it three ways:
- From the completion screen at the end of Build.
- From a bookmarked Dashboard URL you saved earlier.
- Via email recovery — click Email me my Dashboard link and the signed URL arrives in your inbox.
The Dashboard URL is private. Don't share it — share individual property reports or public wishlists instead.
A worked example
You scored six properties last week and you're losing track. Open the Dashboard, sort History by score, and the 80+ ones bubble up. Tag the ones you've already ruled out as "skip" and they drop out of the default view. Add the remaining three to a new wishlist called "This weekend's visits." Generate a comparison report on the top two — now your partner has one URL with everything they need to weigh in.
Common questions
- Can I bookmark the Dashboard? Yes — that's the intended flow. The signed URL is stable across visits.
- What if I lose my Dashboard link? Use the email recovery option. It sends you a fresh signed URL.
- What's the difference between a rating and a decision? Rating
(1–5 stars) is how much you liked the property. Decision tag is
where you are in the process —
undecided, interested, passed, toured, offered, closed. The two are independent: you can rate a property 5 stars and still mark itpassed(loved it, lost the bid), or rate it 2 stars and mark itclosed(the math worked). - How do I share a single property from my Dashboard? Publish it. Each property card has a share action that generates a public Property Report URL.
