Relocate

The Relocate flow produces a personalized relocation report — 20+ scored properties across 10+ neighborhoods, tailored to your priorities, delivered within an hour. It's for the case where you know you need to move but don't yet know where, and you'd rather commission a shortlist than build one yourself from scratch.

How to request one

The Relocate page is a single form. Fill it out once and the report is generated for you.

1. Pick target markets. Multi-select chips show the metros currently supported. Choose one or more.
2. Enter your budget range. Minimum and maximum in dollars. The report only surfaces properties inside your band.
3. Name your commute destination. An address, a neighborhood, or a downtown you need to reach regularly.
4. Flag if you have school-age kids. One checkbox. It increases how much School Quality weighs in your shortlist.
5. Pick exactly three priorities from the seven factors — schools, value, commute, lot size, home age, condition, community. The three you pick become the weighted top of your report's scoring.
6. Enter your email. The report URL is delivered there when it's ready. Name is optional.
7. Check out. Relocate is a paid one-time service — see Pricing for the current price. Payment runs through Stripe and the report URL is emailed when the processing completes.

What you get

A single shareable URL containing:

• A ranked list of neighborhoods inside your target markets, scored against your three priorities.
• Specific properties inside those neighborhoods — each with an overall RAAM score, a factor breakdown, and the listing's key facts.
• Notes on the trade-offs between the top-ranked neighborhoods, so the list isn't just numbers.

The URL is yours. Share it with a partner, a real-estate agent, a financial planner — whoever's part of your decision.

Relocate vs. Custom RAAM

These tools solve different jobs.

• Custom RAAM is interactive and open-ended. You build a profile, score properties over time, refine your weights, and drive the search yourself.
• Relocate is a one-time commissioned report. You describe the constraints, you get a curated shortlist. Fixed scope, fixed turnaround.

Pick Relocate if you want an outcome quickly. Pick Custom RAAM if you want to learn the search and be in the loop as you go.

Common questions

• How fast, really? Typical turnaround is well under an hour; the page commits to "within 1 hour." If something goes wrong mid-processing, the system retries and the support widget reaches us directly.
• What if the markets I need aren't listed? Reach out via the feedback widget — coverage grows based on demand.
• Why only three priorities? Three is enough to differentiate neighborhoods meaningfully. More priorities tend to flatten the scoring into "generally nice" rather than "specifically right for you."
• What's the refund policy? If the report can't be generated for your configuration, you're refunded automatically. For other cases, contact us.
