Pricing FAQ
Can I upgrade or downgrade at any time?
Yes. Changes take effect on your next billing period, and Stripe handles proration automatically — you won't pay twice for overlapping coverage.
Is there a free trial?
The Free tier gives you 5 evaluations to try the core tools without a payment method. Upgrade when you're ready to run more.
What counts as an "evaluation"?
One evaluation is one property scored against your Custom RAAM profile. Running the same property twice under the same profile doesn't double-count. Quick Score previews for anonymous visitors don't consume evaluations either.
When does my quota reset?
Monthly quotas — evaluations, Deep Analysis reports, Negotiate Prep sessions — reset on the 1st of each calendar month (UTC). They don't roll over.
How does Negotiate Prep pricing work?
On the Starter plan each negotiation session costs 3 evaluations from your monthly balance. Professional and Enterprise include Negotiate Prep at no extra cost. Free-tier users see a preview but can't start a session.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from your Dashboard; you'll keep access until the end of the billing period. We don't lock you in.
What's the refund policy?
If a feature you paid for isn't working, email us and we'll make it right — including refunds where appropriate. We handle refund requests case-by-case rather than via a fixed window.
Do you offer custom plans or team pricing?
Enterprise is our highest self-serve tier. For teams, brokerages, or custom integrations beyond that, reach out via the contact form and we'll tailor a plan.
