What you are buying
RAAM Homes is a decision-support tool. Scores organize listing research using the weights and requirements you set. They are not an appraisal, an inspection, or legal, tax, or lending advice.
Plans and prices
Prices shown on the pricing page are the prices charged:
- Free: $0, 5 evaluations, no payment method.
- Starter: $29 per month. An annual price of $290 is offered when a yearly Stripe price is configured.
- Professional: $99 per month. An annual price of $990 is offered when a yearly Stripe price is configured.
- Enterprise: $299 per month.
- Evaluation pack: $9.99 for 10 extra evaluations, charged once from the dashboard when that option is shown.
Paid plans are Stripe subscriptions. Checkout is created from your dashboard or from the pricing page after you have an analyzer. Monthly evaluation quotas reset on the 1st of each calendar month (UTC) and do not roll over. White-label reports, API access, and custom domains are marked Planned and are not included in any current plan.
Cancellation
You can cancel from your dashboard, which opens the Stripe Customer Portal. While Stripe still reports the subscription as active, the paid plan stays in place. When Stripe marks the subscription canceled or deletes it, the analyzer returns to the Free plan and the Free evaluation limit. We do not charge a cancellation fee in the app.
Plan changes and cancellations are handled through the Stripe billing portal. Charges follow what Stripe shows at the time of the change.
Refunds
If an analysis cannot be completed because listing data could not be fetched or the score could not be computed, that evaluation charge is returned and you can try again. The same applies when a Deep Analysis report fails to generate.
Subscription and evaluation-pack refunds are not automatic. If something you paid for is not working, use the contact form and we will review the charge. There is no fixed refund window in the code.
Your account
An analyzer is saved with an email address. Access to the dashboard uses a signed link, not a password. You are responsible for keeping that link private.
