How to Set Your Property Weights in 2 Minutes
Step-by-step: pick your goals, adjust the 7 sliders, set hard requirements, then paste a Zillow URL. Your score in under a minute.
You don't need a spreadsheet to get a property score that actually matches what you care about. Here's how Custom RAAM works—start to finish—in about 2 minutes.
Step 1: Tell us your goals. Are you a first-time buyer, a growing family, or an investor? This helps us suggest a starting point (you can change everything in the next step).
Step 2: Set your weights. You'll see seven factors: school quality, value for money, lot size & light, home age, condition & systems, community diversity, and commute access. Drag the sliders until the percentages add up to 100%. School quality 30%? Commute 5% because you work from home? You decide. The sliders update in real time—no math required.
Step 3: Add hard requirements (optional). Minimum bedrooms, maximum budget, max commute time, or towns you must have (or exclude). Properties that don't meet these get flagged so you don't waste time on deals that can't work.
Step 4: Analyze. Paste any Zillow listing URL into your dashboard. Within about a minute you get a single score (0–100), a factor-by-factor breakdown, highlights, and red flags—all based on your weights.
That's it. No account hoops, no "contact an agent" gate. Free tier includes 5 evaluations so you can try it before committing.
